I live in BCN and visit Rectum when I have a free moment. I especially appreciate that they now open during the week and open early on the week days. In addition, the space is nicely laid out and the staff is super friendly. Truly worth a visit if you have not been as yet pass

Had a fun couple of nights here, the venue has what you expect from a cruise bar with dark rooms, beds, slings and a fun little piss play area. Although I'm an ex-smoker, I liked the fact they have an enclosure for smokers, it's a good place to chat with people taking a break from the action. The staff were friendly and willing to have a chat and when I ordered spirits the measures were almost dangerously generous 🤣 Phones are to be kept in the cloakroom, you open a bar tab on a cloakroom tag with the first drink free and pay the balance of extra drinks when you leave. As someone that's been in a lot of clubs where people pay at the bar and are glued to their phones, ignoring each other, this policy improves the atmosphere enormously - I wish it could spread to other venues. Do bring official ID to your first visit. The regulations they operate under require you to be a member and sign an application form - it's a bit bureaucratic, but the reception staff were helpful in getting it completed.

In February 2025, I visited Barcelona during winter, and it was evident that the city had a calm demeanor. Nevertheless, the bar was alive with energy, showcasing its vibrant spirit. Excitement resonated in every nook and cranny, illustrating that the heart of the city was still beating. Furthermore, the staff proved to be exceptional—genuinely nice, keenly attentive, and unwaveringly gracious in their dedication to every patron. Their commitment to providing an outstanding experience truly elevates the atmosphere of the place.

Probably the best cruising bar in Barcelona. Employees are kind and friendly, the prices are very reasonable, the atmosphere is relaxing and kind. It's also very clean everywhere. Guys are here to enjoy themselves with a positive attitude. I was REALLY surprised to find a place like this in 2025. Long life to rectum!
