Sauna Basaky

Avoid the place at all cost, we arrived paid €16 each entered to find no working facilities sauna with no heat steam room that was colder than the outside corridor no Jacuzzi and no warning off the staff before entering. Went straight to the front desk to get a refund and was told if we looked at cieling hight near reception there was a a4 piece of paper advising nothing was working completely discussing and ro boot the place was unhygienic dirty towels used condoms viel

Easily the best gay venue in Alicante. Clean and modern. Often busy when I have been. Mix of tourists and locals. Can be friendly and people have been up for a chat as well as fun. Shame the hours arent longer esp on weekends.

Really cold visit, sauna was tepid and the steam room like a dark moody room. Unfortunately we paid before finding out their jacuzzi was broken, they wouldn’t refund us because they put a bit of paper up in the locker. Very clean but unappealing to visit again.

Staff very friendly. All is super clean and very spacious. Loved the jacuzzi, its very relaxing, the steam room was nice but a little dark. The play area is so big, many rooms, tv area and other tools to enjoy ☺️ Only thing I missed was a Finnish sauna, or maybe I didn't see it. That's why i gave 4 stars. But i really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again.

Wonderful facilities..spacious, good showers, hot pool with waterfall, big changing room and lots of cabins that are well lit. On the down side..awful loud music, unfriendly and disinterested staff and there is an air of hostility from most of the clientele. Practically no one sits in the video room.
