About She Soho

She Soho, a cozy spot in London's Old Compton Street, is where the queer women and non-binary peeps hang. It's not just a bar; it’s like the cool kid of London’s queer scene. Think about stepping into this basement bar and getting hit with those good, friendly vibes. It’s small, but hey, that just adds to the charm. What’s going on at She Soho? Well, they've got everything from dancehall beats on Thursdays with DJ Malika, to those nights when you can just let loose with their resident DJs. Want to unleash your inner star? They’ve got karaoke nights with Drag King hosts. And for those into drag king shows, this place is a gem. People who've been there can't stop talking about how welcoming and chill the staff are. It's like hanging out at a friend’s place but with better music and drinks that won't break the bank. You might walk in early on a Thursday and find it's quiet, but that's cool. It gives you time to chat with the staff, who are super chill. Bottom line: She Soho is more than just a bar. It’s a spot where you can feel at home, meet some awesome people, and just have a good time, whether it's a full-on party night or a laid-back evening. It's the kind of place you'll want to visit again and again.

Had a lovely time here with my friend yesterday, the atmosphere was lovely and welcoming. Special shout out to Alice the bartender, she was very chatty and very helpful, really made the whole experience better! The drinks especially were very nice (shots are yum and cocktails are to die for - will never forget those gingerbread margaritas!), big thank you to Alice again and the other girl I didn't get the name of The bartender staff really make the place feel very welcoming and inclusive, I hope their management appreciate how lucky they are to have such a wonderful team.

Such a fantastic experience at She Soho! The atmosphere is incredible and the entire staff is so kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to Amy and Courtney for the great service, and a huge thanks to Lia for the beautiful cocktails—they looked stunning and tasted even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Big ups to everyone on this team. Montanna, Ash Security, Meriam Security, Issac Host, Amy at the bar, Courtney in the cloakroom, and especially Shay at the bar. Usually when I go to clubs, the staff, especially security, can be rude or dismissive towards people who’ve been drinking. But everyone here was genuinely welcoming, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The energy and vibes were top tier all night. A special shoutout to Shay, who really stood out and made the experience even better. It’s rare to come across a team that makes people feel comfortable, looked after, and actually happy to be there. Thank you all for making the night such a positive experience. Keep bringing the amazing energy. You all have great hair too.

I have a love-hate relationship with this place. I love to go and have a great time; however, when I see a man and not just one man, but a total of six men come to the venue the night before Pride, you start to think it’s fighting against its own community. We walked around Soho before coming, and every single bar is packed full of men, and the one time you don’t wanna be around men, they’re there. When you go to a lesbian bar, as a lesbian, it’s incredibly offensive to then have men shoved in your face once again. I like it here but nights like this make me never want to return and I don’t think I will for a bit.
