Shelter Bar

If you are American looking for a safe space, do not go here. The owners let this straight man talk conservative talking points at the bar. He was aggressive, and sounded like a typical Trump voter. They defended him saying he has a right to be there. So they will protect the straights before their Queer patrons. Plus the owner has some conservative views so not sure if you are safe there as someone on the gender spectrum.

Crowded when I visited (last night of Euro Pride), but the vibe was laid back and chill, which was welcoming for an American tourist who prefers to stay in. I felt totally comfortable and the gin and tonic was surprisingly great!

Sebastian and Amadeo(?) Have made our trip amazing. Once we found this bar, they couldn't get us out. Even New Year's, the busiest time the week we stayed, we received exceptional service. If you have a chance - please stop by their new spot. We'll come back to this bar one day, Hopefully sooner than later.

Lovely bear style bar, went on a Thursday night was chill and nice drinks, went on Saturday was busy but still good atmosphere. The staff where lovely

A beautiful and “colourful” place in the middle of Barrio Alto, with good vibe music, lively and lovely staff (grin grin) . Easy going and everyone is welcome! Even MOI…. Xxx
