Absolutely amazing experience! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment you walk in. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and respected. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere is fun, safe, and relaxing. You can really tell the team works hard to keep everything running smoothly. Every visit has been enjoyable thanks to their excellent customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Steamworks Baths to anyone looking for a great experience in Toronto. Thank you to the entire staff for your outstanding hospitality—I’ll definitely be coming back!

The place is clean, and the showers, baths, and sauna area are actually really nice. The facilities themselves are definitely the highlight. Unfortunately, the room ventilation is practically non-existent. After a while, the rooms feel more like ovens than private cabins. Another big downside is the lack of an outdoor terrace or even a small area where you can step outside for some fresh air or a cigarette. Being stuck indoors the entire time is a definite 👎. As for the staff... let's just say customer service isn't their strongest feature. As tourists, we were hoping to get a bit of information about the place, but the person behind the counter seemed to have taken a lifelong vow of silence. A smile or a few helpful words would have gone a long way. Overall, the facilities are good, but the experience would improve a lot with better ventilation and a staff that remembers they're interacting with actual human beings

This place is actually great. They offer free towel service and fresh water, which honestly feels like a premium touch since you don't always see that across Canada. The staff keeps everything quite clean and they're consistent with their rounds. The three dark rooms and the sauna are a nice setup, too. ​Just a heads-up for the holidays: the rates do go up and they switch to a ticket system for extra towels. Also, check-out can be a bit hit-or-miss. Most of the staff are fine, but one of the guys (blondish, white, glasses) can be a little short with you if you're waiting for your deposit back. It’s a bit of a bummer, but overall, it’s a solid spot. Aside that, it's a great experience.

It was great most of the time. Alot of fun lots of things to do. Good music friendly workers and alot of young cute guys to have fun with. Out of all the spas ive been to the steamworks is far the best spa in toronto.

Normally I have a good time here, this time was anything but fun. A guy tried to force himself on me. The prep pop in staff was helpful and kind about it. But when I told the older bald man with a beard wearing a bear shirt who was working the front desk about what happened he looked at me and just said “what can you do these things happen”. Terrible outlook on assault, it’s fine for you to say that when you weren’t the one who had some creep try to force himself on you. Steamworks please fire this guy
