Overall experience for me is great, if asked to be back, Definitely 😁. First time i got there, the receptionist in front was in a "Parisian attitude", i find it normal because im living outside France for 4 years already and this doesn't surprise me at all but for tourists maybe it will send them off. Free 2 drinks of softs, unlimited water, and 2 towels is a huge plus for me, the gym inside was great I had spent a lot of my time there, i also noticed there is a guy doing workouts wearing a shoe but there is a reminder before getting to the stairs that wearing shoes beyond that point is prohibited, so i dont know, the water in the jacuzzi is "semi-hot", liked the Hamam, I'm looking for a "corn" playing in the TV but instead im looking at a cheap show with poor actors and totally not sexual. 😅 It's true that there is an nasty odor coming from this maze room, i think they have to put some air fresheners. Overall i had a relaxed and great time, and see you again next time.

I was there last Sunday and really love my expirience there . Personal are so nice and I met a lot of handsome french guys. I took home loooots of loads and now I speak french . Love it. If a come back I will go again.

I’m giving this place 4 stars only because I really enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. Yes, it’s probably the largest sauna in Paris, but there are several issues that need attention. There is visible mould on the ceiling in some areas, and the air circulation on the top floor is very poor. At times, it’s difficult to breathe because the ventilation doesn’t seem to work properly. The biggest safety concern is the steam room. Parts of the floor are coming apart, making it very easy to slip or injure yourself. This should be repaired as soon as possible, as it creates an unnecessary risk for visitors. The facilities have great potential, but better maintenance and attention to safety would make a huge difference.

What a nice place! One of the best that I have visited. The decoration, the pools, beautiful men and nice treatment. Definitely wanna come back.

The place itself is nice and has potential, but unfortunately the experience was seriously affected by the attitude and lack of professionalism of the staff. It is difficult to understand how a well known gay tourist destination that receives visitors from all over the world does not have staff able or willing to communicate in English. If the expectation is that only French should be spoken, then international visitors should at least be warned in advance. We had a problem with a locker and were unable to access all of our belongings, including our phones, clothes, and personal items. Instead of helping us calmly and respectfully, the staff member who opened the locker laughed at us and mocked us for not speaking French. This was not only uncomfortable, but also very disappointing and unnecessary. Tourists should feel welcomed and supported, especially in a place that promotes itself as an international and inclusive destination. The facilities may be good, but the customer service was unacceptable. If you do not speak French, be aware that you may face a similar situation.
