The Crown Inn

Had so many good nights in this place. It's often quiet which is not necessarily a bad thing, as it's good place to take friends, dates and partners for a chat and relaxed drink. The garden area round the back is lovely. The special events are fun and I am so happy Cindy Chaddite is coming back! Drinks are also cheap and the staff are friendly.

Very disappointing experience, bar staff were disgustingly rude to me and friends last night. By far the worst LGBT+ venue I’ve ever been to and that says a lot, you guys need new staff asap maybe people who have respect and customer service skills? For two mid guys the egos were too high ugly inside and out. Never going back again

What a place! Visited for the first time on friday. Brilliant DJ, friendly staff and superb atmosphere.

Its a must if your in or passing Derby. I have been going in here a good number of years far more than im willing to admit. But I can honestly say the owners have made a absolutely fantastic job of a total refurbishment. Two very large outdoor seating areas with under cover and heating too for those wet chilly nights. Staff are first class. Security are top class. Very safe and welcoming venue. Well done to to all the staff and the owners of the crown for a fantastic venue

What a gem of a bar, situate at the top of curzon st, a two minute walk from the city centre. Excellent prices & sunday is massive promotions and drink offers. A huge beer garden to the rear, a must visit gem of a bar.
