⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 stars — here's my honest take We had a lovely stay overall, and there was plenty to love: the location is fantastic, the property itself is huge and beautiful to walk around, and the staff were genuinely polite and attentive throughout our visit. That said, a few things held me back from giving full marks. First, the upkeep — the property could really use some fresh paint and more regular maintenance in general. It didn't ruin our stay by any means, just something I noticed here and there. My bigger disappointment was breakfast. For a property in this category, I expected more from the buffet. The spread felt limited, and the bakery items didn't taste fresh — like they weren't being restocked daily. What really put me off was the watermelon; it was rotten and honestly smelled off, which I flagged to the staff at the time. Having traveled and had Indian breakfast spreads even outside India, I was surprised the options here felt so basic in comparison. The food that was there was fine, just nothing memorable. On one morning, we were waiting quite a while for sev bhujia and poha to be restocked after they ran out. None of this was a dealbreaker, but when you're paying a premium for the stay, these small gaps in the dining experience do leave a bit of an aftertaste.
