If you visit The Lalit and spend time in the lounge, you will be genuinely impressed by the staff. Today I had the pleasure of interacting with Zen G, Miss Rozy, Miss Sheetal, and Manager Gaurav. Their outstanding hospitality and the gracious, professional manner in which they engage with every guest left me completely amazed. Watching this young generation work with such dedication, courtesy, and excellence is truly heartening — they are in no way less capable or polished than one would expect from one’s own children. It seriously feels wonderful to see young professionals perform at this level. People of this calibre deserve every opportunity to grow and advance in their careers. Highly recommended.

Had a really lovely stay here. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the warm hospitality—everyone we interacted with was polite, and always ready to help. A special mention to the Japanese and Chinese restaurant OKO. The chef himself came to our table, understood our preferences, and suggested dishes accordingly. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and the food was absolutely scrumptious. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, everything was fresh, and the staff was courteous throughout. The swimming pool was my favourite part of the property. Surrounded by lush greenery, it was spotlessly clean and so peaceful that we ended up spending almost three hours each day there just relaxing. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I’d definitely love to come back.
