Stayed here recently. The biggest plus is the location – very close to Connaught Place and convenient for getting around Delhi. The room was clean, comfortable, and had good bedding and a nice shower, but honestly, for a 5-star hotel, there was nothing that really stood out. It felt more like a good business hotel than a luxury experience. What really disappointed me was the minibar. They stock regular cookies and chewing gum that cost ₹30-40 in any local store and charge nearly ₹300 for them. I understand hotel markups, but this felt excessive and a bit cheap for a property positioning itself as a luxury hotel. If they offered premium or imported snacks, it would make more sense. Breakfast was much better – lots of options, good variety, and the food was tasty. Definitely one of the better parts of the stay. The staff were helpful and the checkout process was smooth. The only awkward moment was being asked to leave a TripAdvisor review during checkout. It's better to simply request feedback and let guests post reviews when they genuinely want to. Overall, it's a clean and comfortable hotel with a great location, but considering the price and the 5-star tag, I didn't feel it offered anything special or memorable. Not a bad stay, just not quite worth the premium.

I stayed in an Executive Suite for a week. The hotel is in a great location a few minutes walk from Connaught Place where there are many shops, cafes and bars. The room was huge with a massive marble bathroom, lounge complete with wooden floors, sofa, desk and chairs etc. Lots of light and good air conditioning. Room food/drinks service was efficient, room cleaning was very good, newspapers were delivered every day and amenities such as shampoo/conditioner were well chosen. The food at breakfast was good and extensive although repetitive and more effort needs to be made to vary the menu. The drinks in the bar were nice and the Happy Hour was appreciated. Cakes in the cake shop were excellent and reasonably priced. The evening buffet was vast and of good quality. The swimming pool and gym are ok, although rather small. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with great rooms, good food and a wonderful location. It’s a very good place to stay in New Delhi.

I had a great experience here. My last night in India. I was hoping it would be a pleasant opportunity and I was not let down. While dining I had the pleasure of meeting Chui. A very personable and outgoing person. Just as I was ready to go home. As a sole foreign traveler, her conversations made me feel welcome and not isolated. I appreciated the personal touch that makes traveling places like this worthwhile.

Amazing hotel. Staff is welcoming. Amazing breakfast. Room quality is good. Need to improve phone booking system. Their Phone operators dont pick up phone. We called 8 times every time we were transferred to multiple people but no proper answer. Also if phone disconnects they dont bother to call back.

Overall my stay was good and pleasant. The staff was good and polite right from Entry to Exit. I took memebership which was useful suggested by their staff Sofia. Deserts were awesome. Swimming and gym nicely maintained Overall experience was good and everything being smooth. Just Needs a Top 5 star hotel touch with a bit more recreational facilities which was missing... Best for Business and work as located centrally. 24/7 restaurant offers great taste and good spread for breakfast and food. Only issue: Children's disappointed as no indoor or outdoor facilities available.
