The Scene Lincoln

Had a lovely night here as usual - it was a lot busier tonight than I was expecting however the lovely doorman Kieran guided me and my colleagues to a quiet spot. He was very approachable and kind and we felt safe whilst here! Drinks were relatively cheap and the drag artists really are the star of the show. Would reccomend to anyone who is in the area 😊

I went to scene with me and my girls and we paid entry fee, went straight to the toilet and then got kicked out for going to the toilet with 2 girls in a cubical. We are not from around the lincoln area and therefore have not been in the club before and didn’t notice signage when we came out and security mentioned it we immediately apologised and said we wouldn’t do it again and then still kicked us out. Baring in mind the toilets were covered in wee and no toilet paper so we didn’t even go for the toilet we went in locked the door and came straight out. But 3 men can wee next to eachother in a urinal. What happened to girls protecting girls even in a all- gendered toilet

I love the scene!! I genuinely love everything about it! All the drag queens are incredible, especially Robyn Kadey and Seven! I love this place it is my second home- I love the staff and the people who come here- I highly recommend!!

Paid £16 for an advance ticket for Pride night but in small print the ticket was only valid for entry before 9pm so had to pay another £10 for entry and nobody could explain why. Never experienced anything like it. Seems like just the usual greed of businesses on Pride. Atmosphere inside was meh as well.

I have been a regular since I moved to Lincoln in 2023. I have to say I have never felt safer and so looked after in another club other than Scene. Security, lovely to talk to and they are always looking out for everyone and are quick to respond to incidents and concerns. The bar staff are so good, always getting drinks right and they are so speedy at surface. I love all the drag queens, every single one is friendly and approachable. I have never felt out of place at Scene, I always feel included and seen. I will be going scene (especially Mondays) until I leave Lincoln which wont be for a good couple years.
