TOP Club Riga

I was looking forward to discovering the queer side of Riga but as a solo traveller, I went there alone around 10pm on a Sat night. The barman let me in after peering through the door. Riga doesn’t feel like a queer-friendly city at all, so I wasn’t surprised. The bar itself is decorated beautifully, where kitsch meets BDSM. Sadly I didn’t feel particularly welcome, clearly I was a lone tourist. So my advice is simple, if you see a lone tourist go and chat to them. You never know what stories they’ll bring and how large their network may be.

Nice interior. It was a quiet night and the bartender/DJ kept on playing ABBA, which is why we had to change the place. He was very friendly though. Too much ABBA. Maybe next time it will be a different experience. ;)

We paid for the entrance, and asked the bartender if we are allowed to leave for a while without paying the 10€ again. He said it’s not a problem. The bodyguard on the entrance didn’t let as go inside again without paying. The problem is not 10€, the problem is that You are lying

We had a blast tonight,worth the visit, we enjoyed the last night of our stay in Riga. Thank you Zlata, you’re such an angel. And also to the bartender, forgot to ask his name, tattooed guy in the front bar, Theo(drag queen) amazing performance gorgeous. Drinks price, average price. Kudos to all staff.

It's a great place, I loved the bartender they were very nice. Though I did throw up in the corner and im very sorry about that and im sorry if i had possibly ruined the mood in the bar I hope I can be forgiven and allowed there again ((T_T))
