Good luck getting them to reply to an email or a contact form. I’ve been waiting over a month. So many follow ups too. Listings on Agoda and booking.com very confusing and state different room types with different names etc. website specifically states to get in touch if you want to ask any questions or need any help… but good luck! Poor customer service always sours the taste buds more than anything else.
