Casa Cupula Boutique LGBT Hotel

This was my first time at Casa Cupula, I loved it and cannot wait to return. The only moment of my stay I did not enjoy was getting the call from Felix to confirm my transportation to the airport, haha. I was not ready to end my vacation!! From the moment I booked my room, Boris (Hotel Manager) and Felix (Concierge) were in constant communication about my upcoming stay and offered recommendations. When I arrived, the hospitality continued and was greater in person! Everyone was very attentive, even though I forgot some of their names :(. Eduardo in the pool club area, provided exceptional service and even remembered my preferences on non-alcoholic beverages, especially when the pool club had more visitors. I don't know if Eduardo had a day off but he was there my entire 6 day stay. Noel and Joshua were great too as I started to see more of them day 3 of my stay! Alfonso, the Events Director, provided a special touch to the events by conversing with patrons about the Weekend Events of the Pool Club, even sharing information about the summer being low-season but the still put great efforts into the events. Boris, you're added "enjoy your meals" when I had meals delivered to the hotel was a special touch for me and made me feel like a valued guest. Even you noticing my slight limp, after I fell, haha, coming to get my delivery and offering my support. Miguel, you were amazing with answering my questions about my stay, especially at checkout. To the Bistro Staff, I'm sorry I forgot your name but just know that service was GREAT every single time. To the Housekeeping Staff, the cleanliness of the room and overall cleanliness was great! To all staff encountered as I was passing through many areas enjoying the beauty of Casa Cupula and all it had to offer, everyone was friendly as each encounter. If you love to walk, the downhill journey to the beach, which was about 7 minutes, is worth it. I took a walk every morning and always ended up by the boardwalk. I love how close everything is to Casa Cupula... stores, beach, restaurants and nightlife. A complimentary transportation service is offered between 9a-5pm if you do not want to walk down hill, which was a plus. If you forgot any toiletries, don't worry, Casa Cupula has everything you'll need plus more on site. They even provide pest spray, as you may have some pest visitors, which is to be expected lol. As a solo traveler, Hotel guests were friendly with starting conversations.

Overall we were thrilled to stay at Casa Cupula The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We had a suite which was clean and very spacious with a great view. Lots of room amenities. The pool parties were incredibly enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty although service was slow (45 min to get breakfast served). Location is on a steep hill and not safe to walk as there is no sidewalk so plan on taking Ubers. Great value since we got a special seasonal discount. Highly recommended.

Went to a 'clothing optional' pool party. Bar staff was attentive and made strong drinks. DJ was playing awesome music that set the vibe. The play area was nice and secluded...if you know you know. Great view of the beach - a little hard to access though.

Casa Cupula is the very first place we stayed in Puerto Vallarta. We’ve stayed in many other places. They’ve been good but nothing feels like a home away from home. The staff are incredible. Sayuri suite is the best. Casa Cupula, thank you for creating such a wonderful experience for us.

I had the pleasure of attending a fantastic art and dinner event at Casa Cupula, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The group seating created a warm, social atmosphere, making it easy and enjoyable to connect with others throughout the evening. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the thoughtfully curated food and wine pairings elevated the entire event. The art on display was outstanding and added a unique, inspiring layer to the night. Casa Cupula is the perfect venue for events like this—beautiful, welcoming, and creatively stimulating. I highly recommend it and would absolutely attend again.
