Centurian Sauna

As someone who prefers to doll up and finds this venue a fit. The poor attitude displayed by one of the owners towards men who prefer to dress up as women came across as quite negative. There is no disclaimer on their marketing platforms or website around the conditions of entry. This is misleading potential customers who may see themselves a fit in the venue. This kind of behaviour can and even has put off some customers who find themselves a fit for the venue to not support business owners with a such mindsets. The message to the owner Robert, we know what sentiments you hold towards the group of men who dress up as women. The dress code policy should align with the events. Men’s friend sauna and Lateshift is so much open to most genders and sexuality compared to centurion. Men’s friend has improved so much in terms of customer satisfaction. On the other hand at centurion you are making legitimate customers who are a fit for the venue unwelcomed. Please improve your business strategy as this is something within your control. Separating your sentiments from business operations.

The new venue is spacious, clean, and the facilities are excellent. The owners have done a fantastic job overall with the new space. The only improvements I’d suggest would be making the movie lounge a bit warmer and more spacious, as it can feel a little cold at times. Softer, plush cushions instead of the current leathery ones would also make the lounge much more comfortable to relax in. The TV room could benefit from plush cushions as well. I do miss the bigger lounge from the old venue because it felt warmer and cozier, but overall the new place is a huge upgrade and I’ll definitely be back.

Honest opinion this was my 2nd visit and OMG one of the worst experiences ever! Was there couple of hours Sunday and not a single hookup just a friendly chat with a guy inside sauna and then being told to leave at 7pm for a private event what can be more ridiculous? Obviously its long weekend can understand but didn't expect to be so ghostly it waste of my money and I don’t wish to return after this I am going Devilish or Lateshift much better!!!

Pros: Very nice overall. The environment is great, the venue is very spacious, and there are discounts for students on Saturdays. Cons: However, they also let in some people who were very overweight and quite elderly.

Visited here on 29th July, not bad overall, however I did find the tiles by spa rather slippery, and that's with drying off after being in spa... The staff member on that night spoke like he'd rather not be there but who knows could've just had other stuff going on which I'm aware can happen... Had hoped to visit in the Tues but discovered your closed and will you always close at 9pm on a Wednesday? Just asking as yes I left earlier than you closed future visits would be better if you were open later... So overall was a nice relaxing visit, just a couple of disappointments.. I'll try you out again on another trip up....
