Chez Funny Boy's

I am 62, I first came here at 19, pre Yumbo, I have loved Chez Funny Boys since its existence. My last trip two years ago for my 60th was amazing. Tina. Cher, Whitney, Shirley, and fabulous show girls. You had to wait and fight for a table. Last night, absolutely dead, 2 people, 1230am, Drag, could do better with a wet towel and a shower curtain. But, why was it dead... Whiskey and coke €10 .., ...why is it so expensive? Was the drag terrible because it was Monday....extremely sad was always the highlight of my holiday, every night for 14 days...I'm getting old. I died a wee bit ladt night..just terrible..

Terrible... Very little choreography. Tatty old costumes with bits falling off them, shoes that don't fit and they can't dance in. An absence of comedy except having to work to get applause. Same old show all the time. Designed to capture the straight tourist that wonders in the Yumbo centre at night, most people give this a wide birth. If the waiter hadn't been off his tits (literally gurning and eyes rolling) got our drinks wrong, argued and then underpoured purposely I might have held back. If you want a decent drag show go somewhere else for better entertainment and service.

Best drag show bar in Yumbo Playa des ingles, gran canaria. With an on going show of very talented queens. The talent is better than any other drag bar in Maspalomas and if you go night after night not one same song is performed.

Gay bar on the first floor of Yumbo center. The drag show started later than at the other places, at around 00:30. The drag queens were ok. Out of the 5 performers, 1 stood out as most professional. The rest had an awkward vibe when constantly asking for applause during the show but not really working for it with quality.. some didn't know the words to their songs, others didn't put much effort in the act or the song choices were not the best.

I can assure these are professionals in show business. Amazing hypnotic show that keeps you entertained from beginning to end. It was impossible to leave until see the very end after 2 hours and half or show. How they do it? Pure heart and art. This is one of the best drag shows I have seen in the entire world for the small format they have (at least on the Thursday show I witnessed there were only 4 drags and 2 backup dancers). The cast was very well balanced with each drag having its own unique style and charm, and the music selection was top every single time!!! This review is too short to describe how good was it. Absolutely a most go in Canarian Drag Scene.
