I find it great to have a cafe/bar for queers under 27. It's a safe space. The foods and drink aren't bad either, very friendly staff. The place can be a bit dirty sometimes, but that happens, it's okay. Also this is more of a "stop in between places" kinda thing for us, we usually don't stay long, but it's a great place to warm up and get some drinks in a safe environment before going somewhere. If you are looking to localize, this might not be the place for you though, it's rather hard to talk to people here. It's is more of a cafe than a bar, and that is quite present in the people most of the time. A lot of the guests here are also rather rude or some even offensive, saying bad things about people of other races or trans people, which is obviously not cool at all. They also have nights where they host parties, but those are really crowded in a small space, where you'll have to squeeze past others just to order a drink, this is especially uncomfortable during the summer. Still, a rather nice and safe place to grab a snack during the day or just before or inbetween parties.

What some of the reviewers here don't seem to understand: This is in its essence designed as a safe space for queer youth. Hence the age limit. This is not a commercial cafe or bar or anything like that. It's a youth centre which happens to offer cafe and bar service at certain dates to certain groups and although non-queer youth is happy to join, the age limit is necessary for many young people to feel safe & enjoy themselves. There are plenty of alternatives in walking distance, where you can be of any age. Just respect, that there are some spaces in which young people want to be among their peers! Also, consider that there are occasionally venues, in which 14-18yo get harrassed. So this cafe/bar wants to offer an alternative. It's a great institution, offering a wide array of youth groups, activities, consulting and community service. Pretty entitled to judge on the sole reason of having an age limit. And pretty sure, some people wouldn't be as demanding with a men only venue. 💁🏽‍♂️

To the people claiming it's discrimination: This sub-27 age limit isn't about you. Safe spaces cater to specific needs, and for many youngLGBTQ+ people, that means a space without older generations. So if you're over 27 and feel excluded, maybe find a different space more suited to your age and interests.

Bartenders were friendly and met great people in here. It’s more lax; hence a great place to get some pre-games in!

Didn’t have quite great experience while visiting this cafe. It’s dirty and feels more like a bar than a cafe. They are very open-minded and queer friendly but I felt like not so open to internationals. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to have a coffee in a cozy spot. The prices were cheap though.
