Fantastic gay-popular clothing store in PS. Friendly staff helped me find what I needed. Clothes here are awesome too. Nice boutique designs/brands that I learned the owner works hard to source. I definitely recommend stopping by.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I hate leaving poor reviews, but there was no escaping this one. My husband and I stopped in specifically to see what Division offered in the way of Penguin mdse. There was no acknowledgement from staff as we entered the store or at any point. We took our time browsing until we located what I was looking for. It seems as if staff deliberately avoided eye contact with us, so we left and took our business to R&R Menswear on Palm Canyon. This could have been a $195 quick sale (3 polos @ $65ea). A small boutique store which relies on tourist dollars should know better; however, I'm local and I will be sharing my BAD experience with others.

Buyer beware: Division is not in the business of loving its customers Three days ago I spent $300+ on 2 pieces of jewelry. Both broke within 24 hours. A necklace as I was taking it off and a bracelet while I was at dinner. This evening, I went in to ask about a return or exchange I was flatly told “no,” because I probably “fell,” making it my fault. No refund, no exchange, no store credit. So I took my 5 other friends who were about to buy stuff and we all walked out to take our business elsewhere. Buyer beware.

There’s always a great array of clothes to choose from. And the service team is very helpful and very hot. Every time I go in, I feel taken care of and I know they’re gonna give me great advice on how I look in the merchandise.
