Rough Trade Leather & Gear

I’m writing to formally complain about a product I recently purchased from your shop — an expensive metal ring that, frankly, has proven to be extremely poor quality. The item was worn for not even 1 week (please hold your speculation for the drama llama )before the finish began chipping. The exposed copper underneath is rough and cheap, and it has already caused irritation and broken skin. This is unacceptable for something marketed and priced as a premium body-safe product. When a retailer charges high margins, customers reasonably expect durability, safety, and proper material standards. Instead, this product failed almost immediately and caused physical discomfort. I am not requesting:• A full refund or replacement. I purchased this trusting your reputation. Right now I feel disappointed and frankly infuriated — not only because of the cost, but because my skin was affected by what should have been a body-safe item. Please resolve this promptly. Actually! it was the only one ur ok.. im aware. Sincerely,A dissatisfied Man.

I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to go into a leather, fetish, gear store and be treated so well. The service is impeccable and the prices were not unreasonable. The selection was out of this world. The very best part was the wide variety of gear made by the owner. The people working the store were friendly and extremely accommodating. I will be recommending this store to anyone going to either of their Palm Springs or new Los Angels location. As a matter of fact, I’m going shopping again before I leave town…that’s how much I loved the experience!

One of my favorite leather stores, we love their leathers and custom work and since we were in Palm Springs, I decided to get a new vest. I really wanted to go to the store to try on the vest since it was a major purchase. Great quality leather, fits perfectly, staff was helpful. A wide selection of toys, clothing, and accessories.
