Entourage Vegas

The workers at Entourage are quite rude, no people or customer service skills. They certainly don't train their workers! Not looking to come back anytime soon. Came on a Wed night which is their local night, only a few guys were there, nothing going on, just empty all around. Maybe when they start treating people right, more locals would show up, in the meantime if you enjoy being by yourself then come on local night

First lets get the false advertising out of the way, I have tried to contact the manager or owner before writing this hopping my issue would be addressed, it has not. Their website list rooms at 25$, both times that I went on a Sunday afternoon I was charged 40$, the second time I asked the rude attendant why I was being charged a different rate than that what was listed on there site? I was told some BS about non residents, I have been in Vegas for almost 2 years now and still have my out of state ID but vote and pay taxes here. And regardless, why is that not listed on the site. This reeks of one huge bait and switch scam, I will be reaching out to all the Las Vegas government branches to report this until they either fix the discrepancy on their site or end this scam. And again, I want to point out this is on a Sunday afternoon, 1 pm with a basically empty club they are pulling this crap! One would think business 101 bring more people in when not busy not gouge those that do come. Maybe a cable company owns them? As for the facility, its dated, but it is what it is, no complaints, other than stop advertising that you have a steam room, that is not a steam room it is a sauna, I understand how hard it is to clean and maintain a steam room, its again, the false advertising! Last thing to mention the young man that works the front window on Sundays, the one with all the ink, I have never come across such a pleasant, kind, enjoyable young man, he truly has a joyous attitude, the man that replaced him at 2 pm was one of the most unpleasant employee I have come across, to the point where I don't ever want to go when he is working. Other note, the man that cleans the rooms is and was amazing as well. I get that its just a job but you are dealing with people and as such it takes a bit of extra work to smile and make someone feel invited and wanted. Not that we are bothering you.

Being a local who enjoys supporting local businesses, it is disheartening when employees hinder the success of the establishment. Today, during my visit, I was met with a discourteous and tense individual who displayed an excessive amount of arrogance. This behavior, which included a lack of respect for others, was described by me as typical of a certain demographic.(BLACK) The individual seemed to believe that we, as customers, were obligated to support the business. My advice to the owners is straightforward: if you wish for your business to thrive, remove this individual from your staff. Ultimately, regrettably, I will not be patronizing your spa again. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure a positive experience for all customers in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have came here before the staff never seemed friendly. I wanted to let the owner and management know they have a great 👍 employee Matthew. He has great customer service very personable. I saw him help several customers treated with great respect and great customer service.

Fun. Some men can be pushy but what can you expect. The crowds vary. You can have fun with a range of dudes from late twenties to sixties on any given day. The pool is reopened. Theater with movies, a row of rooms, heated pool area, humid sauna, dry sauna, two dark rooms: one a small maze-like room and the other a confessional, a hot tub, smoking area, large room with swings/prayer benches/a stage, and a weight room.
