The selection is out of this world. However if you wanted to go into the rooms they looked old and questionable. It appeared clean so that was refreshing. We ended up leaving.

The guy in charge was too rude, I asked him for recommendations of substances and disguises and he responded too aggressively: “I'm not like you”, I don't care if you're not like me, you should know the product you sell and know what to recommend. Then I asked him if he could pay in cash and, too aggressively, he told me: “If you don't have a card, then in cash.” I felt very uncomfortable, very diva attitudes. I just wanted to buy a product and they ended up attacking me..

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, big array of products and respectable prices. Would definitely recommend going there if you're new in Zurich and haven't found YOUR sex shop yet. I will definitely visit again should I need anything else and am looking forward to the experience.
