Amazing bar opened all nights of the week to dance your ass off at the stripper pole or just have some predrinks at the terrace. Welcoming and hardworking staff always hyping up the crowd with barshots , confetti and fun music. On busy nights they open up their small cozy karaoke bar in the back (hidden gem for karaoke fans !). Friendly and diverse queer crowd, always making a bunch of new friends. Def a must visit when in Amsterdam. The sunday 'The Battle of the hits' game night and the 'vodka wednesdays' are def worth a try.

EDIT: removed one star. Saw staff being overly aggressive to seemingly harmless individuals. Could have been a bad night but some of the bartenders were a bit, over it? Mixed vibes, take what you will. —- Seriously cool “bar”! Sunday night and there are 4 stories and 3 stages of dancing, multiple bars on each floor, lockers for €2, and best of all? NO COVER. Spent €30 on cover fees at two other “clubs” that were basically bars with strobe lights. This is the best club for sure!

Very aggressive doorman who kicked a door shut while I had my hand on the handle. Totally unwarranted and inappropriate. He should be told how to behave with customers. Even he admitted he was ‘a bit aggressive’. Do not recommend.

EDIT FROM A 5-STAR REVIEW IN 2015: Generalization on queer people based on behavior of misunderstanding new audiences, kicking them out as soon as they've paid for their drink. Does the frustration of a doorhost justify a random offense? My rating was 5 stars since 2015. Amsterdam is changing rapidly? Fascism on the rise, culture on decline, egos get prized,. The last time? This was mine. Wheb I started coming here around the time I came out there was still humanity left in the security, now there's just anxiety left. It's a waste to spend any cent here. Go to Saarein, De Trut, or Vrankrijk if you care about community.

They wouldn't let my friend and I in because we got denied next door at NYX. My friend borrowed a jacket from the woman ahead of us in line because he was wearing a t-shirt, it was raining, and he was cold. Apparently we were trying to "help her get in" by borrowing her jacket in the rain. not recommended
