I am an Australian visiting friends in Czechia, and I went to Friends Prague on Wednesday 13 May after having a few drinks with dinner beforehand. I was a little hesitant about going on my own, but the friendly entry staff, security, and bar staff were all especially welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away. Smokee was particularly welcoming, and her performances throughout the night were very entertaining. The music was a great mix, the drinks were well priced, and the atmosphere felt relaxed, social, and fun. While I had only intended to stay a short while, the time flew by and I ended up spending many enjoyable hours there before catching the tram back to my hotel in Vinohrady in the early hours of the morning. I would definitely recommend Friends Prague, especially for people visiting alone. Arriving a little earlier can help you settle in and enjoy the atmosphere, while groups will also have a fantastic time dancing, talking, and laughing together.

I enjoyed the atmosphere, but the bar service left a bad impression. The two bartenders that attended me repeatedly asked to keep the change as a tip, which became uncomfortable after a while. On one occasion, I paid 100 CZK for a 69 CZK beer and was only given 30 CZK back, even though the bartender had the coins to return the full change. Then again, I gave 100 CZK for a 64 CZK beer and was given 30 crowns back with no explanation until I asked for the remaining 6. It's not really about the amount, but the dishonesty. Tips should be voluntary, not something customers have to refuse or ask for their own change to receive every single time. I hope the management either trains the bartenders to return the full change by default without any asking needed or pays them well enough that they don't feel the need to pressure drunk customers for tips

went there on thursday night for drag shows. it was my first night on prague and i can say that its pretty fun there. a bit younger crowd for me but the shows and the music is nice. Cash at the entrance but you can pay with card in the bar for the drinks above 100Kc. Drag queens were so nice and the lady at the entrance was nice also. would recommend. And i suggest go there after 11 i was a bit early and it was empty but it got crowded quick

Loved the experience. Cassiopeia is on an international level, Lovri Gina is funny as hell. Visit if you want to see a great drag show and a genuine party atmosphere.

The DJ Kuba and MC Terka provided the best karaoke experience ever! I love what they did! They brought me into the splits, I danced all night, they’re wonderful!

Small town gay smoke-filled club vibe in Prague, which is just fine with me, except for the 'scam' that happened to be there by the staff. On the plus,...
