I had gone into HB after Astoria as I USED to enjoy the club, it played cheese music and myself and my friends loved it. I was in the club all of 10 minutes and my phone was stolen out of my bag. I was not drunk as I didn’t have much money to buy drinks. I went from the bar with my friends, to the loos, then round to the other side of the bar and in that time my phone was stolen. The management “tried” to help find my phone however no luck. I went back the next night it opened to see if they had found it and no such luck. I requested cctv as I was only there 10 minutes. I had reported the stolen phone to the police and they investigated too however they still denied showing them cctv as “it would take too long” and “ we wouldn’t go to those lengths just for a phone”. Bearing in mind I had bought it was a brand new iPhone 15 and I was only there for 10 minutes - (specifically between 1:55AM and 2:05AM when I realised the phone had been stolen) 5 months beforehand and they refused to do anything about it. This club used to be my favourite, however had dropped massively and I can name at least 20 people who has also never returned after a bad experience. I will never return to this nightclub as they didn’t even TRY to help and would not let police have access to cctv.
