Tropics Day Spa

We were invited as a couple via Carl on “Fabs” it wasn’t a great experience. Our first impressions of the venue was tired and run down. Once we gained entry and walked through, your immediately thinking of a Christmas horror film. The dinghy multicoloured lights, plants with baubles and red markings on the wall do NOT create a ‘exciting feeling’. Unfortunately there was nothing about this venue that wants you to embrace your sexy side. On entry you’re given a locker key, once you step foot into this particular room, you can smell nothing BUT a teenagers gym room. The smells throughout the Jacuzzi and stream room are disgustingly damp too. Whilst we put this aside, cracked open a drink to start our night and thought you can only make it better. Beside us was a man who was explaining that he’s been banned from 5 different ‘play’ events/venues. Red flag instantly. As couples started to move on, we got undressed and decided to look around the different rooms. Multiple health and safety hazards including a sex swing with a ceiling panel hanging off right above it. This particular banned pest (mentioned earlier) did not take NO for an answer and followed all young couples/singles around (fully clothed, whilst everyone else was in towels or lingerie) to invite people at a swimming party. As a woman I have never felt so unsafe and uncomfortable, wherever we went.. he followed. We decided to end our night early. Avoid this place at all costs.

Waste of money luke warm filthy saunas, Steam room is hot but filthy, both jacuzzis filthy and luke warm! showers are a joke very cold and in disrepair water sprays out of the joints!

ended up here by myself as i got let down by a friend at last minute. so a little anxious but the staff were amazing , showed me around and said if there was anything i wasnt happy with , ( touchers ) they would sort it out. so off i went and had a very relaxed time in the sauna etc and had snacks and good coffee in the lounge. there is other fun to be had. going again soon.

After 10 years i was there again and i must say nothing change , still , filthy place I just dont belive the sauna is still on business what is wrong with you Michael ? ( Owner ) anyway i do miss Pink Brodway was exelent place to spend time over there well good staff is gone as usual and sit hole still on i dont thing i visit \tropic again rest of my life and yoi should not suport this place guys!!!!!

The people that work there are fantastic; Very helpful! The dry sauna is spacious and the two jacuzzis are big enough for two or three people to hang out in. One of the jacuzzis is on a lovely, frondous terrace. They also serve reasonably priced snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as sell other provisions. Highly recommend giving it a chance.
