KU Bar & Klub

I had a really great experience at this bar and wanted to give a special mention to the team who made the night feel so welcoming and safe. First of all, the security here is excellent. Daniel on security was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the night. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure everyone feels comfortable and safe. He handled everything calmly and respectfully while still keeping the atmosphere fun and relaxed. The bar staff were also fantastic quick, friendly, and clearly experienced. Even when it got busy, they stayed positive and kept the drinks flowing without long waits. They were engaging with customers and really added to the good vibe of the place. A big shoutout as well to the manager, JJ. It’s clear that JJ runs a tight ship and cares about both the customers and the staff. The team seems happy, the service is smooth, and the overall atmosphere reflects great management. Overall, this is a brilliant spot for a night out welcoming, safe, and full of good energy. Huge credit to Daniel, Francis, Raj, the bar team, and JJ for making it such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to this bar ever since it was on Charing Cross! My first stop of the night when I’m in London. Service is always nice. People are super friendly. Music is awesome!

I often go to KU Bar on Wednesdays. I love this place—right when you arrive, you’re greeted with the best welcome from the guy at the door. A total icon! The atmosphere and vibes are always top-tier. And the drinks? They never disappoint. They also run a great promo where you can enjoy a live drag show with Vicki—my favorite, and also my favorite singer—and a drink included with entry to the nightclub, which stays open until 3 a.m. DJ Callie often plays there too—the queen! Finally, the thing I love most is how safe the venue feels. The security team is always amazing! Huge thanks to Dani, Raj, and Frentsi for always making me feel safe. With the job they do, it’s almost impossible for anything to go wrong. What can I say—absolutely fabulous. Love you guys.

Amazing night! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Even as a straight woman, I felt completely comfortable and included. It’s such an open, positive place where everyone can just enjoy themselves without judgment. Thank you to the team for such a great evening — I’ll definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at Ku Bar and felt really looked after. The security team there are honestly amazing. There was a moment where an aggressor started being rude toward me, and the way the security staff handled it was incredibly professional. A member of the team named Daniel stepped in quickly, stayed calm, and managed to completely de-escalate the situation without it turning into something worse. He made sure everyone felt safe and handled the person respectfully but firmly. It really stood out to me how attentive and well-trained the team were, and Daniel especially deserves recognition for how well he handled things. Nights out are always better when you know the venue takes safety seriously, and Ku Bar clearly does. Huge credit to Daniel and the whole security team for keeping the atmosphere friendly and safe. I’ll definitely be back!
