La Playita Beach

It's a small nudist beach - if you dont mind nudity this is not a problem. Very beautiful shapes in the rocks, and sandy areas for relaxing. People find privacy behind the big rock. There's no access to the sea for swimming, apart from a rockpool you can dip into. But it's sheltered from the wind when the wind comes from the West.

A small sandy naturist / nudist / FKK beach under the tall red cliffs of Montaña Roja. This is a beautiful hidden beach for peaceful relaxation. There is no access to the sea (except for a small pool). 25 mins walk from either starting point: - From El Médano, walk along the beach, then follow the path between the hills. Take the path down to the sea to a tiny naturist beach ('Playa Bocinegro' on Googlemaps). Continue walking along the coast as far as you can (past a series of stone sunbathing shelters).  The last bit involves climbing down a white rocky crag. The beach is at the base of the tall red cliff. - From the car parks at La Tejita, walk clockwise around the mountain to Playa Bocinegro, then follow the instructions above. (It's not possible to reach it via the coast from La Tejita).

Amazingly pretty place!! Highly recommended for visiting

Good beach sometimes windy

What a shame...... This lovely little beach has had a makeover. A couple of weeks ago some strong tides/surf and waves have moved some of the sand away. Unfortunately it's not as good as it was..... But fingers crossed the sand will return soon 🤞
