About Les Hi Bar

Les Hi Bar is one of Bangkok's best-established spaces for lesbian, bisexual and queer women, offering a nightlife experience away from the predominantly gay-male scene around Silom. The Din Daeng venue combines a colourful music-bar atmosphere with a starry ceiling, cocktails, food and regular events, drawing both Thai locals and international visitors. Music is central to the experience, with female DJs, sing-along pop, R&B, dance tracks, karaoke and occasional live performances or themed nights. Weekdays can be comparatively relaxed, while Friday and Saturday tend to be much busier and more dance-focused. The venue has become a useful social hub for sapphic travellers as well as Bangkok regulars, with a friendly atmosphere that can work for dates, groups or people arriving on their own.

What to expect

Expect a sociable, colourful music bar rather than a formal cocktail lounge. The atmosphere changes through the week: quieter nights suit drinks and conversation, while themed events and weekends bring DJs, karaoke, dancing and a much fuller room.

If you are From the T from LGBTQ+ community this place might not feel that welcoming. Here only Lesbians are welcome. It’s not trans friendly. Otherwise the vibes of the bar, music, services people are all amazing people.

How much you spend really just depends on how many drinks you want. They have a lot of affordable options. that can keep you drunk for the entire night An excellent place for lesbians of all parts of the world to come and commune and enjoy each other. Such a wonderful experience, the owner Liz is incredibly kind and nice, and she remembers the people that come in consistently and makes an effort to speak to them One of the best lesbian clubs in the country. I cannot stress this enough. You have to come if you’re here.

This place is amazing! I can’t thank enough for the hospitality and incredible night we had at Les Hi Bar. We went on a Tuesday night, we met an incredible group of queer women all traveling solo. Drinks, chats, jokes and karaoke at the end.. perfect and safe combo 🩷 It’s hard to find places like this one so let’s support the only lesbian / queer bar in BKK! The owner is adorable 🥰
