I lost something really important to me there, and honestly I was pretty stressed about it. But the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, they took their time, stayed patient, and genuinely tried to help me find it. That kind of care really stood out. Even with that situation, it turned into a really positive experience for me. I truly appreciated how they handled everything.

The number of defamation removals is really shocking and makes you worry about the quality of services provided. I went to the venue to check it out myself, and I do not feel the 5 stars are warranted. These people are manipulating German laws to trick people to visit. Free speech should be paramount and I'm disappointed that the venue engages in such censorship. Beware..
