Safe space and amazing atmosphere. Friendly& attentive staff. Delicious cocktails and extensive gin selection! Patio was lively and is such a vibe. Came back the next night for Latin night. Great music and not too stuffy. As a tourist I value these spaces and will hold on to this memory! Will return :)

The location is nice and drinks are good ( cocktails ). Food ok, nothing special when it comes to fast food. Cocktails are around 10€, food around 10€-12€. Service, not so great, the waiter kept on forgetting our order, passed us by many times, smiling and forgetting our drinks. In the end i didnt ask for it and it was forgotten. Most of the clients have the really bad habit of sitting in the middle of the corridor/path, not caring other people have to use the toilet or go to the bar. Same in front of the place, where you can smoke. Toilets are pretty weird because there is one next to the stairs, then urinals, then another toilet. Pretty weird setup.

Prik was always our fav place. We go there for 20 years with my husband. Friendly faces, nice service. Today, not so much. Guy doing service with a smug face and a huge attitude. We asked if we could sit at the table that was reserved at 4 and it was already 4:50. He didnt let us to sit there, my husband broke his foot so we wanted to sit comfortably. After we were waiting 40 minutes for the coctails we got tired of it and my husband cancelled it saying we were waiting too long. Instead of apologizing and being nice we got, of course disgusting attitude and arguing. I surely hope these guys won't be there working there too long.

Visited here with my boyfriend in December 2025 on a city break to Amsterdam from the UK - what a bar! Didn't eat here unfortunately, we wanted to however when we visited we had already eaten and didn't get the chance to go back during the rest of our trip. We wanted the curly fries! Staff were great, very welcoming and friendly. Atmosphere was really good too, mixed crowd and good music. Drinks were amazing! Love a good cocktail and Prik definitely delivered. Would highly recommend to anyone LGBT+ and would return if I were to visit Amsterdam again.

As a Black American visiting Amsterdam solo for the first time, I felt welcomed here. The owner or bar manager was super open and friendly in having a conversation with me and making me feel relaxed. Although I tend to prefer a younger crowd, I was really happy returning to this bar since it was literally down the street from my Marriott hotel. I like how friendly everyone is. That’s the impression I will take with me everywhere I travel in the world and I really thank the entire team for just treating men of color like human beings. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!! ❤️ The drinks were very very good and strong !!

We've always loved Prik and have been going for years. The staff are always friendly and fun, especially Dominick. There is one short dark haired bartender...

The beer is really great, and the atmosphere is truly enjoyable. You can feel the welcoming vibe in the air!
