About ReBar Houston

ReBar is Houston's only full service LGBT venue with distinctive food, a popular patio, multiple bars, VIP bottle service areas, and a high-tech dance floor. This very popular address has undergone a reunion, revitalization, and a rebirth as ReBar Houston. The people who made up the soul of Rich's Houston made the transition to 202 Tuam Street. The changes have already begun to take shape and have continued throughout 2019, 2020 and into 2021.

saw a busboy selling drugs inside the club. When I reacted, security violently kicked me out of the building. To make matters worse, the manager openly told me, 'I don't care.' The staff here is hiding drug dealing and treating customers like criminals for speaking up."

What a great place! Super friendly staff, amazing bartenders, and hands down the best sound system in Houston. The patio in the back is perfect for a quick break or some fresh air between sets. Always a great night out here — and honestly, this is the cleanest club I’ve ever been in. Looking forward to another fun night out again soon!

We visited Rich’s Houston for the Paul Oakenfold show. The club itself is on the smaller side, with a central dance floor and bars set up along the perimeter. The sound system held up well for a DJ of this level – the bass was clean, the mix was balanced, and the energy stayed high throughout the night. That said, the visuals could use an upgrade. The screens felt too small for the space, and the lighting setup didn’t fully match the caliber of the event. Still, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. Pro tip: there’s a tucked-away lounge area behind the stage with couches and a quieter bar. Perfect if you need a break or want a more low-key vibe mid-set. In short, not a massive venue, but a fun and intimate spot to catch a legend like Oakenfold. Would go again.

Came here for an event, and left disappointed. The parking is indeed very dangerous and limited. Security and ticket distributors are highly unprofessional, they will ignore you when you’re checking in and then act like you’re the problem. The venue gets oversold and overcrowded, you can’t even dance because there’s no space. There’s not even nearly enough restrooms and the lines for them extend all the way to the dance floor. The drinks are super expensive and watered down. However, the crowd there and the bartenders were friendly. Overall, a trip here is not worth it.

Is a great club the audio system is seriously well tuned and all personnel nice and polite. Two things to be improved for sure are bartending (too slow and need to fast up, very annoying) and too much light (need to lower those lights to give more intimate experience). Great potential, need some fine tuning and some good trance techno nights to expand the audience. Super downside is to parking around is $20 whereas other similar clubs charge $10. Keep it up guys you are in good track!
