How have I been missing out on this place! Visited for a local jazz trio and will definitely return for future events. I felt very welcome by the lovely folks who run the place.

This local indie venue should be on your list of reasons to be visiting Reading if you love music. There are so many great events, you'll be spoiled for choice. There's always the opportunity to see the next big thing! Run by volunteers, decent drinks selection.

A much loved local arts facility with regular gig nights, a small bar, and an art studio & recording studio on site.

Went there for our Christmas dinner and omg we did not expect the food and the level of service was this amazing. I have been in Reading since 2006 and this is probably one of the best meals I have ever had in Reading. The starter, main course and desert was of Michelin standard. The food was just divine. They have a proper kitchen and don’t just microwave frozen meals. The minute we walked in, the staff were just professional, polite and very helpful. They were amazing throughout our whole meal and constantly checked to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. In terms of quality of food and quality of service, I have to say this is the best I have seen since 2006. Huge compliments to the chef and his team and also the waiting staff. Definitely a 10/10.
