Nice place for a pint and community. The front bar got pretty packed on and off during the visit, and there was a large tabletop gaming meetup in the upper section, but we were still able to find a cozy nook with comfy arm chairs where it wasn't too loud. They don't do food, but you're welcome to bring your own! I think the only downside was that when we got up to leave, the front bar REEKED of smoke from the crowd huddled around the doors.

My sister and I traveled to Dublin in June '25. By accident we walked by this piece of gold. From the outside it looks like a fun bar, but it's kinda unique from the inside. Decorated and styled very creatively. In the day more like a nice cafe and in the evening, in the night it turns into a dance club and chill out erea. You can dance upstairs in the club section, if you don't feel the need to, you can chill downstairs. The pub/club does not offer food, however they offer plenty of fluids. I was amazed by the club the first night we entered. We met so cool people and had such a nice time that we decided to make a visit the following day. That went on till the last day of our Dublin trip. The last night we were there we just made so nice and beautiful friendship with the funniest and coolest people ever. And had a blast. I danced by myself for hours while my sister sat downstairs by herself. I danced with a nice gentleman and then joined my sister. I don't drink alcohol and I don't consume, nevertheless I had the time of my life!!! So amazed by everything Street 66 had to offer, I fell in love with the people, the vibes, the sound and the feeling everyone gave me starting from the barkeeper "Steve" to the amazing Djane (pictures followed) to every single person who interacted with me every time I stepped into this land of neverending kindness, love and laughter. I enjoyed every minute of being there! Hopefully I could give something of that love back. Thank you to everyone who made these visits unforgettable! Thank you to the staff who even gave me some things to take with me as a reminder of how much I loved this pub that's actually so much more of a pub. I'll never forget these impressions and I'll carry them with me until I'll be coming back to make room for new unforgettable moments. Of course people of every background are welcome - whether you're gay, straight, black, white, green, purple or whatever and whoever - YO'RE WELCOME THERE AND THAT'S WHAT MATTERS!!! I would say you missed out on a unique experience if you don't go to Street 66. Dublin is pretty much like a visit in there. If you don't visit, you'll never know what Dublin is like. I left with a rich heart, thank you so much🤍

Such a warm and welcoming bar. The patrons and servers were all cool looking. We snagged a good seat and brought our pizza from Doom to enjoy with our drinks. There was some respectful flirting that we observed. No one was being pushy or nasty. We walked out with smiles on our faces and immediately grimaced as we walked into a deep crowd of smokers blocking the entrance.

I visited this bar because it was recommended by an Irish friend. At first it looked like a nice place, but unfortunately the experience became disappointing. I ordered an Aperol Spritz for €13 and the glass was entirely filled with ice. Paying that price for what is mostly ice is already questionable. My second drink was made by a Brazilian bartender. I politely asked if he could use less ice and he made a very good Aperol Spritz. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, the third drink was made by the first bartender and it was terrible. It barely tasted like an Aperol Spritz and was basically sparkling water. When things became quieter, I politely asked if she could remake the drink because it clearly wasn’t right. She refused and said those were their measurements. She even said I didn’t have to pay for it, but that is not really the point. I would have preferred a properly made drink. An Aperol Spritz is one of the simplest cocktails to make and the classic recipe is well known: three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol and one part soda water. What disappointed me most was the attitude. In a bar, especially one that presents itself as welcoming and social, friendliness and customer care should be part of the job. Fixing a bad drink should not be a problem. For my first time in Dublin this was unfortunately not a good experience and I would not recommend this bar. It is not about the price, it is about the quality and the service you receive. Ps: The Brazilian bartender who made my second drink was excellent and deserves recognition.

I visited here last Saturday to be refused entry from the bouncer because there was a ‘private party’, I mean.. the whole place was booked out for a private party? Go on with yourself 😅 I must not look like a stereotypical lesbian (this appears to be a recurring theme judging from the other reviews!). I won’t come here again. Anyway, I was here before and it’s only ok.
