This five-story men-only sauna offers a variety of amenities, including a dry sauna, steam rooms, a jacuzzi, and private cabins. Visitors are provided with a wristband upon entry, granting access to lockers equipped with towels; additional towels are available for a €2 fee, though guests are welcome to bring their own. Flip-flops are provided free of charge upon request. The Boilerhouse operates daily, with extended hours on weekends. Standard entry is priced at €25, with a discounted rate of €21 for students holding valid ID. For those planning multiple visits, a pass offering three entries within a two-week period is available for €63. Myself and 3 others came here on Saturday. Staff were friendly upon arrival, found the entrance fee of 25 euro not to be worth the facilities currently on offer. Small Sauna, heat was fine, enough room for 8 ish. Steam area was ok. Not great if you’re wanting to chill out as it’s quite dark. No hot tub or jacuzzi, think something is being built looking at area currently sealed off. The place is on multi levels, plenty of rooms etc. lots of condoms of Lube provided. If you’re at a loose end then visit, but it’s not worth the price Tag. Wouldn’t visit again when in Dublin.

Went to the BH yesterday - and its all better off now. 2 years, and, 1/2 mil - worth it all, the wait & every cent, for the new jacuzzi, big and deep enough to actually cover a few breaststroke lengths. Great, soothing atmosphere too. At the time i went, it was quiet, but i was looking for it. Weekends will surely get wild. Given the time, still got a little lucky too, so thats a bonus there. Guys, seems like the boilerhouse is making a comeback, the sauna and jacuzzi itself is worth the trip..finally. i hope to visit there again sometime soon, and next time, I might try on a weekend. In short, boilerhouse...definitely recommend, and worth the visit.

After years of frequenting this establishment, yesterday I didn't have a pleasant experience right from the entrance. I've always been well received by the Boilehouse staff, but yesterday I was greeted by a grumpy person, or perhaps someone was having a bad day – let's give them the benefit of the doubt. When I go to Boilehouse, I usually have a lot of shopping bags because I do a lot of shopping, and I always ask the staff if I can leave them at reception because they don't fit in the lockers; and they are always very kind and take my bags without any problem, even joking if I bought something for them. But yesterday, when I asked this person at reception, he immediately gave me a loud, firm "No." I even tried to explain that there were too many, and he rudely told me to try putting them in the locker, and if I couldn't, to bring them to him. But honestly, I had four large bags; they wouldn't fit, and he was incredibly rude, giving me no attention whatsoever. I felt so humiliated that I asked for my money back and left. This had never happened to me there before. I've been going there for years and have always been very well received. I know the reception area isn't the place to leave bags, but is it so hard to be polite and speak respectfully? I only asked because the bags really wouldn't fit in the locker; he could have said, "I think it's better if you come back another day because your bags won't fit in the locker." Anyway, I only asked because they always store my bags without any problems. I wanted to share this because it wasn't nice to be received that way in a place we go to relax.

I have been a regular at the Boilerhouse for a number of years and while they have had some setbacks in the last year (the main one the old hot tub being out of commission) but the place is now rejuvenated with a very comfortable new whirlpool, additional sauna. New overnight cubicles and new space on the ground floor show that while they are the only gay sauna in Dublin, they certainly are not resting on their laurels and constantly adding to what they offer. The staff are very attentive and will always help you out.

Came back here recently for the first time since the works were completed, and have to say management have done a great job. Sadly, for me, this is ruined by the behaviour of Filip, which is as bad as ever. He seems to think he's paid to hookup with barely legal boys rather than do his job, and goes out of his way to be actively rude to every customer he's not attracted to. I've been to a lot of saunas around Europe and never come across a member of staff like him anywhere. It's unprofessional and changes the vibe of this establishment. I used to be a very regular customer of the Boilerhouse, but honestly predicting whether he is on duty or not is more trouble than it's worth, so I will just avoid from now on.
