The Brighton Sauna

It's generally good for the clientèle on Fridays and weekends. Haven't been the other days. Generally clean and only gets dirty on the floors when lots of people have been around before they next clean it. Sundays are always fun. Staff are generally friendly having improved recently. I do agree with other reviews that more can be done with the place e.g. was disappointing when they removed the tiered cinema and dark gh area upstairs, and you do at times end up walking unimaginatively between the sauna and steam room.

Regarding my revisit to The Brighton Sauna yesterday on their Towel Free Day? £20 money well spent. I got more than I wanted compared to the other spots I ventured whilst in Brighton for the weekend. My personal highlight without a doubt before returning to London; hopefully it won't be another several years before coming back. James H was a lovely man.

Easy to find on the main road going to the city seafront. Good parking advice on the website. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The changing rooms, steam, sauna and main rooms seemed to be downstairs. The sauna was particularly good. The showers were a bit hit n miss, not sure if they were fault, and only two of them. Upstairs it just seemed to be the cafe and cinema room. It was advertised as the biggest/best sauna on the south coast, so happy I’d never tried the others. It was quite quiet on a Friday late afternoon and had an older crowd. £18 ok for single entrance.

Top Notch as always. I am a Brighton local and my experience in this sauna has always been remarkably good. Uber attentive and friendly staff, clean facilities and a good mix of clientele that makes it friendly and fun. The cafe area has been recently refurbished and it's cosy and inviting. I can't fault it. If you are in Brighton and into it, it truly is a must.
