I went on a Sunday afternoon for the naked party. Definitely one of the best party of that type that I have been to. Every area was busy with people having sex. Easy to join in or just watch. Loved it. Wide variety of ages and nationalities, all body types. No one to pushy, no meant no. I don’t understand some of the comments about the staffs attitude. I had no issues. Just paid my money and went in. Maybe some people are a bit more entitled and need the attention. Likewise no issues with quality of furnishings or decor. Place was relatively clean, the odd spilt drink but nothing major. I can imagine the staff have a challenging time getting through the crowds. My new favourite venue. Not sure what it is like on other days but the naked Sundays ixx so as good as it gets.

My experience at The Factory in Maspalomas was very disappointing. The customer service was poor. Staff came across as uninterested and unhelpful, which left a negative impression throughout my visit. The facilities were also below the standard I expected. Parts of the venue felt poorly maintained and lacked the level of cleanliness and professionalism I would expect from a business of this type. During my visit, I personally observed individuals who appeared to be under the influence of drugs, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I also witnessed behaviour from some staff members that I considered unprofessional. Overall, I did not feel welcomed or comfortable and would not return.

Yesterday was my first time here. When I arrived, I got a key for the locker. Included in the 10€, you get a free drink, and I chose a beer, which was from the tap and nice and cold. The staff was friendly; I asked where the smoking area was, and he explained it in detail in a very friendly way. So for the smoking area, you need to go back to the locker area, and next to the cigarette machine there is a door. I went back with my cold beer and was wondering where to leave it, but before asking, I saw that the guy in front of me also had a beer and went downstairs. That’s where most of the action is happening. Upstairs there are also rooms, but yesterday, Tuesday, there were obviously fewer people than on weekends, so everyone was downstairs. The area downstairs was clean, and I had my fun; I stayed for 2 hours. The crowd is a mix of all kinds of guys. I will definitely come back on Sunday, which I heard is the most popular day to go, as it starts early and gets packed.

Not for me. A waste of money. I've been to a few different crusing clubs since I've been here. And this place just isn't for me. The layout isn't great. Everybody just seems to congregate downstairs in the back room which felt dirty to me. The staff were quite rude on arrival. But warmed up as I started to spend money behind the bar. Basically the place looks great, but unless it's super busy it's a big old place with little in it. The only bit that felt clean and new was the blue bit up by the bar. The rest felt a bit grubby. Obviously I won't be back.

I need to be honest, and this is only based on my experience from 3 nights of my holiday. I had high hopes for this place. But for me it wasn't great. It was ok! Positives are that it's really clean. And it's big. But the space up by the bar called Raw seems to be a waste of space and time. Nobody ever goes in there. It's too bright and just a weird concept. Once again this is just from my own personal experience. Downstairs is a lot better. But on my 3 visits in April..it's definitely an older crowd here, and that's fine if it's your thing. I like a more mixed age group. I ended up just doing a lot of walking around. I got my steps up but little else. You might have a better time on a better night. My review isn't just based on facilities, because if it was then it would be higher. It's also based on my own personal experience on the nights that I went.
