TL;DR: Found this bar on Google while looking for a drink and decided to give it a try since I was nearby. It was a little hard to find as it's tucked away in a back alley, but it was worth it. Friendly staff, great cocktails, and a cosy atmosphere. Definitely one of the better experiences I had in Hong Kong. I came across this bar on Google while looking for somewhere to grab a drink, and since I was nearby, I decided to check it out. It did take me about 15 minutes of walking around with Google Maps before I realised it was tucked away in a back alley instead of along the main road, so keep an eye out if it's your first visit. I was on a solo trip around Hong Kong and, honestly, my expectations weren't high after a few disappointing experiences with the service at other restaurants and eateries. Thankfully, this place completely changed that. 👍🏻 The bar is small and cosy, and the staff were genuinely warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. As someone travelling alone, that made a huge difference. The cocktails were really good too. They're not the cheapest, but the quality and taste made them well worth it. Overall, this ended up being one of my favourite stops during the trip. If you're in the area and looking for a good cocktail in a relaxed atmosphere, I'd definitely recommend stopping by.

I visited on the evening of April 4th and had a very unpleasant experience. When I asked a male employee with long hair for my drink, he shouted at me, saying he was 'making it right now.' He has a Southeast Asian look, but I don't know his actual background. It was extremely upsetting, and I will not be returning to this place. I’m not sure if the long-haired man was just stressed because it was crowded that day, but his behavior was still uncalled for. The rest of the staff were actually quite friendly, which made his shouting stand out even more. Regardless, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Great atmosphere w cool and friendly bartender. This is a plc where you can sit and chill and have a good talk with friends. Average price for a cocktail is around 120hkd. Pineapple margarita was so tasty. Love it and will return for more cocktails next time i’m around!

Having visited a bar (it was disappointing) in Causeway Bay on the same evening, we took a chance at this joint off Hollywood Road. We sat at the bar and had a couple of well crafted cocktails. The clientele was a little more sophisticated than the other place. People were chatty, some spilling out to the open space. The overall atmosphere was conducive to both catching up with friends or making new friends.

t:me is a quaint little spot with a great vibe. It was definitely crowded on a Saturday night, but the energy felt lively rather than overwhelming. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bar is dog-friendly (a huge plus), and the drinks were well prepared and genuinely good. One note on directions: it’s a bit tricky to find. Google Maps pins the correct building, but the entrance is on the backside via a rear alley, not on the main street — once you know that, it’s easy, but it’s worth the heads-up.
