Toolbox Bar

I visited this bar twice during my three-night stay in Phnom Penh. The atmosphere was great, there was no pressure from staff to keep ordering drinks. It was very comfortable. Douglas (the owner) and his staff were very friendly. There was another review where someone mentioned that visiting the bar felt like being with family and it did feel like that. There were many regulars, and whenever new people walked in, everyone chatted them up so everyone was getting to know each other. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in town.

Fantastically soothing and friendly gay bar located in the heart of Phnom Penh. Folks working here r super friendly , very caring , and helpful to a foreigners like I am. All the locals here r adequately paid, and I don't feel like all the staffs here r begging for my money which is awesome. I AM ABSOLUTELY GOING TO MAKE THIS MY NUNBER 1 HANGOUT BAR.

Best gay bar in Phnom Penh. The guys are incredibly cute; Thai boys can't compare. At my 61yo, I didn't feel taken advantage of at all; on the contrary, they were courteous and affectionate. The prices are nice and playing pool billard with the stuff was a highlight

For me its the best bar in Phnom Penh. Even though they play good music it's still possible to talk, unlike in other bars here. Also the waiters are always in a good mood and keep you company without being obtrusive. It almost feels like family. The prices are reasonable, especially when you come during the happy hour before 21h. Altogether, I absolutely recommend the bar when in Phnom Penh.
