Villa 3 brings a new way of having a break or a vacation for gay men in Portugal. Perfectly located between Lisbon and Lisbon's gay beaches. The staff of Villa 3 will try to do everything they can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Blow off steam, recharge the batteries, relax and have fun. Pool and Spa area is clothing optional. Villa 3 targets gay MEN over 25 years of age. Anybody over 18 and member or supporter of the LGBT community is welcome to stay at Villa 3. The hotel part consists of 13 well thought rooms where the small details will increase your comfort. One room is designed for guests with restricted mobility. Villa 3 offers: Generous breakfast served inside or outside, Bar and snacks available from 9-24, Friendly staff, Heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Steam room, Sauna, Massage services, Weekly parties (high season), Weddings and events (low season), Inside and outside lounge areas, Non-smoking rooms and inside areas, Smoking areas outside.

Awesome people and place but Villa 3 really needs a better dinner option. You are charging guests TOP pink dollar for the privilege of staying here so please be fair and offer better dinner options and perhaps a beach shuttle at least. We are on holiday and paying top price - we don't want the hassle to leave the resort to find somewhere to eat!! If you were in the city centre it wouldn't be a problem-but you are NOT. Rooms are too basic. A pair of slippers, better shampoos/soaps and tea coffee making at least in pool rooms would be fair considering the price of these rooms. I could have stayed at the Sofitel for the same price as pool rooms with a full buffet breakfast! Be fair Villa 3.

We stayed here for a week at the end of September. The accommodations were very clean, and the staff (especially Marcos and Andre) were kind and very welcoming. It was also very quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. We will definitely be coming back in the high season to experience how it is when it’s more lively. Many thanks to everyone at Villa 3 for a wonderful week

This is one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. I wanted a quiet location just to get some sun. The guys were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean. The spa is top notch. I was very well looked after. Definitely recommend it for a short or long term stay outside of the hustle and bustle from the big city. Definitely will come back to visit next time I’m in Lisbon.

Friendly staff, extremely clean rooms and property. Stayed the second half of my vacation here and it was a totally relaxed atmosphere. Owners live on site and treat you like an old friend and not just another customer. Back to Texas in the morning but the memories I’ve made will last a lifetime. It’s perfectly situated between the beaches and Lisbon nightlife with just a short uber ride away so I can stay here and enjoy the property and relax or take a short uber ride to one of the many places to explore. They even offer free shuttle to the bars should you choose to go.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We spent 6 days at Villa 3 Caparica and the experience was truly incredible. The place is extraordinary: well-maintained and with well-equipped rooms. The beds are incredibly comfortable, which we hadn't experienced in a long time. What made our stay even more special was the availability and friendliness of the owners, who made us feel right at home. We discovered this place by chance and were thrilled with it. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy the ocean while being close to the wonderful city of Lisbon. We highly recommend Villa 3 Caparica to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing experience. Absolutely 5 stars!
