Rather big gay venue a bit further out in South Ealing (night tube Piccadilly Line). Has a bit of everything: bar, club, outside garden, karaoke space with live music. Staff and security were very friendly. Starts to get busier late at night so dont arrive too early. Great for groups. When I went age range was more on the younger side. Biggest downside it is the minimum spend for cards on entrance AND the bar, which seems outdated.

Came here for the first time recently and was very impressed. Security and bar staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to the staff at the cloakroom who were lovely. Reasonable prices, lots of rooms to explore and a great dancefloor. Overall a great experience in one of the few queer clubs in this area

Went there on a Saturday night, paid £5 entry - it was empty at midnight and the music in the club section was extremely poor. Really basic pop music mixed with some hits from the 80’s (and very inconsistent). We tried asking the dj for more modern and up beat tracks but they had none. There was no mixing at all, sounded like a spotify playlist where music had to finish first before the next song played. We tried getting the most out of the night but after a couple hours gave up. Also really heavy on bouncers who were policing the place including storming into bathrooms. Again, because the place was quite empty it added a somber atmosphere to the place.

The DJ on Saturdays needs to be replaced, with someone who knows music from the last 20 years. He's outdated and plays to straights. Not an authentic gay experience AT ALL. If you want a queer night out, go elsewhere for now. Responding to owner's response: I am a fan of Eurovision and campy pop music. I was expecting that going into West5 this evening but this was not delivered. They played the exact same music they always do every week, I heard just two actual songs from Eurovision, only after a friend of mine requested it 4 times. At this point, having been to West5 many times, I've learned not to expect more than mediocre. As a queer person in west London, I wish I could be more positive about one of our few local 'LGBT' venues, but I cannot. Sorry.

Love it here! I have never had any of the problems anyone else has stated, it's always busy (when going late-ish on a Friday or Saturday night) and the music is brilliant...I love pop music and it's played by the bucket load. Out of respect for their neighbours you have to be quiet when smoking outside as it's in a really residential area.
