Great location, great value, lovely host. Room spacious, separate bathroom, use of kitchen for cups of tea and continental breakfast. Recommended! This is a lovely place to stay, well recommended!!!

After what seemed like a long time I finally made it here! Martin is an incredibly kind host. Very responsive and clear on emails and also extremely friendly and accommodating. The guesthouse is very well priced and is in a great part of town - only a ten minute walk to the top of Leith walk and close to town as well. The room was very clean and warm and the shared facilities were spotless. So glad I made it. Thank you Martin!

Martin was the sweetest host. Upon arrival, he greeted us and allowed us to check in early. We was suffering from jet lag which was great for us to get a quick nap! Martin provided snacks at all hours and there was coffee and teas 24/7. He gives suggestions on local amenities and was helpful providing history. The price was unbelievable for our length of stay and the location was walkable to everything Edinburgh has to offer. If we ever find ourselves in Edinbirgh again we would stay there again.

A Gay B&B hosted by the Fabulous Host Martin. Excellent location just 15 min by foot to Carlton Hill top or the Royal Mile. Room with private bathroom and several Rooms with a shared bathroom most gay men don't mind. Large rooms, Impeccable clean, fantastic mattress and a continental breakfast Martin lays out in the kitchen. Do check out weekly rates. Martin the owner made us feel very welcome. Small, typical and charming house in an interesting and non-touristy area but only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The room was correct, the breakfast too. Everything fits perfectly with the very attractive price that the gesthouse offers. The value for money is unbeatable for this city where everything is very expensive. I would gladly come back. Thanks again Martin.
