Booked a drag bottomless brunch for my friends birthday, paid £88 for the package which included the acts, food and drink for 2 hours. the drag acts were fun however the cocktail didn’t taste like they had any alcohol in them so ended up paying for bottle of bubbles, then they said the kitchen has had a health and safety issue so no food will be served. We were starving so left to have dinner. Not the experience I paid for, so very disappointed and ended but being a costly night due to them not delivering. I’ve mailed them FOUR times to request a refund - I’ve had zero response.

Absolutely unacceptable experience organising a hen party at Bar Broadway. I started contacting them in November to book for February and had to repeatedly chase just to get basic confirmation. Communication was slow and disorganised. Emails were slow, and Instagram was the only way I could get a response from them. On 3rd January, my partner and I travelled from London and went into the venue in person to sort the booking, only to be told to message them on Facebook instead. The message wouldn’t deliver and we were told there was nothing else they could do — despite us standing there. The worst part? Less than 24 hours before the hen do, I was told the upstairs karaoke space was no longer available due to a last-minute private hire. Private hire was NEVER discussed with me as an option during the months of organising, yet clearly it was always possible. Had this been made clear, I would have secured it properly. Instead, a key part of the bride’s planned evening was pulled with barely any notice, leaving us with no real choice the day before. For a venue that markets itself around events, this level of organisation and communication is shocking. I would not trust them with an important group booking again.

Booked for the drag bottomless brunch through Eventbrite and although we enjoyed it for what it was, the event was just massively over promised. “Unlimited cocktails” turned out to be jugs of woo woo only no choice, so you were screwed if you didn’t like that, basically forcing people to upgrade. Though I will give that the jugs were filled up fairly quickly, 1 jug between 6 people only lasted a few seconds… The website says a choice of burgers but again, you all got the same burger irrespective of likes and dislikes and found it odd that they included pickles but no cheese. Not great but at least it was something. And the show itself… Alex (drag performer) was great, friendly and funny and really made the best of out of the situation, but we were all crammed into a tiny room upstairs, with people having to sit on what should have been the stage, so it could hardly be a captivating performance when we could barely move. Not to mention we started half an hour late and were left with no drinks or anything for this time. It was OK if you took if for face value but being branded as “the ultimate brunch experience” is a bit of a reach.

Amazing Day for my friends Hen do! Maya the bar women was amazing and running round all over the place! The drag acts were fabulously hilarious and really interactive with the audience! Food wasn’t amazing but the drinks were flowing and always filled up! Would highly recommend for a good drag day/night out! I’ve told everyone about this place and we will be booking in the very near future!
