Regular entertainment includes drag cabaret, quizzes, themed parties and pop-focused DJ nights. The venue has repeatedly been recognised locally for its cabaret programme and is particularly busy during weekends and Brighton Pride.

We visited Charles Street Tap on New Year’s Day when most of Brighton was shut down, and it was exactly what we needed. • The Atmosphere: The venue is impressively big and spacious with really tasteful decor. Despite the size, it felt cozy and relaxed. • The Vibe: They had a cracking playlist going, which set a great mood. Since it was lovely and quiet, we were able to just sit, sip our drinks, and play cards for a while. • The Service: The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we walked in. It’s a fantastic spot if you’re looking for a comfortable place to hang out with friends. We’ll definitely be back!

Popped in for saturday afternoon drink. Gray/Ed/Georgie & Cat were all so friendly chatting & smiling as they served. Sat outside in lovely sunshine which though was busy was spotless clean. Toilets top marks also. Great place just opposite the pier. Drink prices good for Brighton.

We came for our friends birthday and it was amazing. No pressure environment, wasn't too intense or loud. Food was good and portions were ample. The service was incredible, Gray was amazing, my glass was never empty and tbh that's exactly what we wanted for a bottomless brunch! Far better service than Vodka Revs, we had to wait for ages for top ups, girl didn't even get a buzz at revs

Nachos and Fajitas were very nice and the drinks were reasonably priced. The place was quiet until 8 when it became lively.

Had such an amazing bottomless brunch experience. The food was delicious, especially the beefy blue burger. The drinks are so tasty as well, and all for an affordable price. Shoutout to Gray for amazing customer service and being so friendly. Will definitely be coming back here!
