Club Tropicana

DELETED their social media accounts, there’s video evidence of them breaking the law by attempting to force a wheelchair user out of their club calling them a ‘safety risk’ and a ‘fire hazard’. Judging by the other posts here the staff are creating an unsafe environment, discriminating against patrons and (attempting to) break the law! It seems inclusivity stops at people with disabilities. Needs reporting to trading standards!

Worst club in gay village by far, moody staff served us drinks which were then thrown onto the bar by them and knocked over with the drink going all over us, bartender then tried to make us pay for the drink again until he was called out, then when we asked for a receipt the bartender gave us the receipt of a random transaction that was for drinks we hadn’t bought. We also tried to call out men who were filming us, almost get attacked with something being pulled out by them when we confronted them and then when told security about this when leaving we were ignored and they told us we were lying. Do not recommend at all.

Dreadful place....I've Never been and judging by photos I'd avoid like the plague but my daughter, her boyfriend and friend went in this place last night. My daughter was subject to harassment by two men who refused to stop talking and staring at her. When she politely asked door staff to have a word with them,they turfed my daughter,boyfriend and friend out of the club. Glad to know you allow predatory behaviour and keeping your other customers safe. Judging by the other reviews on the door staff here confirms it's just the norm. Steer clear!

I have NEVER been refused entry before because I was brown...TILL I came to this place. Horrible treatment from two of the doorman who just had the audacity to assume that me and my friend, who are both brown, were muslim, which neither of us are. He actually gave this reason as to why we were refused entry, which is mind blowing. For being a 'gay' club which prides it self on inclusion, this place is far from it. Absolute disgrace. Avoid if you are remotely ethnic in any way. Im not kidding.

Marc or the guy in the red jumper should really review a new career path , spilling a drink on me and refusing to apologise and blaming me. then proceeding to overcharge me and arguing when he couldn’t provide the correct receipt for the drink I got. Gave me a receipt for 3 vodka redbull when I bought one desperado. seriously unprofessional , atmosphere was no better.
