If you are a person of color Osea dé COLOR be careful coming here. A man was inside that honestly made me very scared I asked other people inside what I should do so I went up to ask the door people if they could do Something. To no avail I wasn’t supported yet my words were twisted and they humiliated me. I travel the world and honestly this is the first country I’ve ever lived in that gay people don’t work doors at gay places. Thankfully which ever man took his time to listen to me and help retrieve me jacket that was inside I appreciate you.

The door staff is were kind, respectful and helpful (and even when driunk. Emily espcially really helped me when I was struggling trying to get a taxi (helping me get a taxi on Uber) and leading me into a taxi. I couldn’t ask for better door poeple!

My phone was stolen/misplaced at an Animalz night. The staff went to hell and back to make sure that it was retrieved, from searching every corner of the venue to letting me use a staff member's phone for Find My functions, for almost 2 hours. It's nice to see a venue that genuinely takes care of its clientele.

One of the very few locations around Gay Village that genuinely seems to cater to its LGBT audiences. Cruz has virtually no competition if you're looking for a late-night party. Big thanks to John and the bouncers for retrieving my belongings and genuinely taking care of me more often than they probably should!

these bouncers claimed i wasn’t sober even though i was, especially after checking my id three times and i think they need to be restrained because the male bouncer helped out his hand so i ran into it
