Sadly needed to return a clothing item today due to failed seam but staff were supportive and focus was on Customer Service. So many can be funny about Service issues but staff 100%. Thank you staff and Management not just for a shop around great fun but also great customer service.

So I went in today to pick up a parcel. The store has a lot to chose from and has an array of selections. My only gripe I just wish the employee came across nicer. I’ve worked retail for 4 years so it may have been a bad day, just came across as uninviting… felt like I should have just ordered online.

Great shop for all your fashion and fetish needs. From T-shirts and shorts to underwear and toys this place has it all with friendly and helpful staff. Well worth a visit.

Really cool shop under the arches. Had exactly what I needed. Very helpful both on the phone and in shop when I went to pick up the item.

The staff are genuinely cool people who make you feel at ease when asking for help in any regard. The products are great, too, and they often have really good value for money offers near the store front. And to top it all off, they're not only a friendly team, but a very attractive one too!
