Poor service and unfriendly staff. We had only been there for 20 minutes when the venue was hit with a surprise inspection. Neither the manager nor any representative made any effort to assist the customers. At the very least, they should have offered free drinks or a discount voucher for a future visit, given the unpleasant experience. Even while the police were conducting their search, I asked for water so I could use the restroom, and the staff had the nerve to demand 70k for a bottle of water right in the middle of the inspection. This place is only interested in squeezing more money out of you. Seeing how they argue and pick fights with customers who leave low ratings in such a low-class, aggressive manner, it's clear this place isn't friendly or professional at all. Avoid this place; it’s not worth a visit. (The truth behind your "strict guidelines" ) You claimed you were 'not allowed to hand out anything' as an excuse for your lack of support. Yet, you were perfectly able to provide free water to the police officers while charging me 70k for a single bottle at that very same moment. It seems your 'strict guidelines' only apply when it comes to being decent to your paying customers. Stop using AI-generated responses to hide the hypocrisy and the fact that you only care about squeezing money out of people, even in an emergency.
