1 star. Package never received and handled in a completely unprofessional manner. After contacting the seller multiple times about a missing delivery, I was told my emails had an 'unfriendly tone' while they were simply factual. The owner then threatened to dispute a chargeback as intimidation, suspended handling of my complaint, and ultimately told me to shop at a competitor. A legitimate complaint about an undelivered package was met with hostility instead of a solution. Had to file a credit card chargeback. Avoid this seller.

Me and my friend went there randomly just to check the store out but we ended up feeling home and so welcomed. The two guys at the store were so nice and helpful. The only thing i would recommend is maybe some more LGBTQ small gifts or decorations for tourists to buy. Otherwise everything else in the store is cool and amazing.

As a nervous first time customer at Gays & Gadgets I was made to feel very comfortable. I can‘t recommend the store enough to anyone wanting to take exploring their kinks to the next level. Great store, great selection, great customer service! And you get to try stuff on. I liked it a lot.
