Your enthusiasm and passionate energy made my shopping experience feel like a conversation with a friend, and made me come back for seconds just to learn about company products I’m unfamiliar with and how they work. You had excellent knowledge of it all and I had so many laughs! You rock Randy!

Shopping here was a dream. I was a complicated shopper, needing help with a couple things as buying for a friend as well as myself, but the shop assistant (sorry I didn't ask your name, but you had a hot pair of New Rock boots on I think) was so incredibly helpful, showing me other products, grabbing things from the stockroom and answering every question I had. Thankyou so much for your patience and hard work, I will return again to treat myself some more!
