Since I continue to be ignored by customer service, I have now contacted my bank to resolve the issue. The prices in the online shop are okay, but the customer service is a disastrously bad situation. I was ignored for weeks and then fobbed off with standard phrases. And when I repeatedly ask very specific questions and address problems, they still completely ignore me and simply ignore me. It's absolutely unacceptable that my order, which I placed almost 14 weeks ago, is still stuck in "is currently processing" status, while a friend's exact same order arrived over a month earlier, and I'm getting no answer as to what's going on with my order... 29.05.: My first email to you was on April 12th. And you did not send me "several" emails regarding the status of my order, but rather a single one. And even that one only arrived because I had set a deadline for you. I am not criticizing the production time, but rather your handling of customers. I have already told you this multiple times as well. The fact that you immediately threatened me with legal action demonstrates just how poorly you handle criticism. To date, not a single word of apology has been heard from your side. We are now in Week 15, and I am still waiting—both for the hood and for an apology for ignoring my emails for weeks on end.
