Lovely shop with a good selection of clothes and some gear + toys downstairs. Huge on puppy stuff and while they sadly didn't have my size in the style and colour I looked for in Hoods, the guy working helped me make the right decision. They rather give you their direct opinion, than try to upsell you on some stuff you don't need, something that has become very rare and I appreciate a lot. I enjoyed browsing through the store and will definitely be back the next time I'm in Amsterdam.

Since I continue to be ignored by customer service, I have now contacted my bank to resolve the issue. The prices in the online shop are okay, but the customer service is a disastrously bad situation. I was ignored for weeks and then fobbed off with standard phrases. And when I repeatedly ask very specific questions and address problems, they still completely ignore me and simply ignore me. It's absolutely unacceptable that my order, which I placed almost 14 weeks ago, is still stuck in "is currently processing" status, while a friend's exact same order arrived over a month earlier, and I'm getting no answer as to what's going on with my order... 29.05.: My first email to you was on April 12th. And you did not send me "several" emails regarding the status of my order, but rather a single one. And even that one only arrived because I had set a deadline for you. I am not criticizing the production time, but rather your handling of customers. I have already told you this multiple times as well. The fact that you immediately threatened me with legal action demonstrates just how poorly you handle criticism. To date, not a single word of apology has been heard from your side. We are now in Week 15, and I am still waiting—both for the hood and for an apology for ignoring my emails for weeks on end.

Sadly, a lot of misscommunication or simply lack of it and straight up lies about backorder. Gladly I intervene in official producer (mr-s-leather) about my case, and finally received my products. Hopefully you'll get better at communication.

Amazing help from the staff to find my size and all the other questions we had, will definitely come back!
